The apartment AT-445290-A is located on the 17th floor of the Apollo XVI Building with stunning sea views of the beach of La Fossa-Levante in CALPE, and the terrace of about 80 m2 surrounding the apartment allows a view panoramic views of the mountains, lagoons and village.

The Apollo XVI was built in 2001 and is prepared with all accesses suitable for the disabled. It has a huge community swimming pool for adults and another for children, as well as landscaped areas in its communal area.

It is a very spacious front apartment, decorated with white furniture of Mediterranean style and very spacious has an area without terraces of 100 m2 distributed in:

  • Living room with a spacious sofa bed for 4 people with Chaise longue, 32 TV cabinet, oval dining room table with 6 chairs, as well as an elegant cabinet with mirror.
  • 3 bedrooms: 1 with double bed, two bedside tables and wardrobe.
  • Two bedrooms with 2 single beds of 90 with a bedside table and wardrobe each.
  • 2 full bathrooms.
  • Fully equipped independent kitchen with utensils for 6 people, toaster, blender, coffee machine, juicer, microwave, ceramic hob, large fridge and washing machine.
The terrace, due to its size, is furnished according to areas, it is decorated with palm trees in pots, the 5 areas are:
  • Sofa area: 3 seats and 2 sofas with 1 padded place, and central table. Unique space to relax all with amazing views to the sea.
  • Table dining area: wooden and aluminum with 6 chairs in the central part of the terrace, ideal for lunch or dinner.
  • Side area: with sea and mountain views with a table for 10 people that is used for charming dinners, since from the kitchen window we can deliver the dishes.
  • Solarium area: allows you to sunbathe discreetly and occupy the side of the terrace.
  • Area of tendederos: and views to the south (Benidorm), from the end of the terrace we can place the clothing lying down and also see the pool and silhouettes of the towns of Altea and Benidorm
The Apollo XVI building is almost in the first line (it has a small building in front of 4 heights) of the beach of the Fossa, which allows you to have a first line view, but with the necessary separation to eliminate noises and inconveniences of the walk, very central with the bus stop just 50 meters away, has a small supermarket next to the building, and two of the largest supermarkets at 400 meters.

The Peñón de Ifach is 500 meters away. You can visit the Maritime-fishing port that is 300 meters aprox. Make a beautiful photos to the natural setting of Las Salinas, 100 meters. If you like sports, Calpe offers sea activities such as scuba diving, sailing, kayaking, etc. Calpe has magnificent paths to walk with the whole family and discover beautiful spaces. In the surroundings (maximum 20Km) you can visit the town of Calpe with its castle, the historic and tourist town of Altea, the bustling municipality of Benidorm, the charming town of Moraira.

General conditions
Contract duration

The apartment is rented for full weeks from Saturday to Saturday, for different periods out of season (June 1 to September 15) consult.


The price per day includes the general cleaning of the apartment, as well as the delivery of bath towels and sheets, only once when handing over the keys.


To reserve the apartment, a security deposit of 500 euros will be given per week contracted (to be paid by bank transfer to the account in the name of Arturo Orcina Arnal IBAN ES17 0081 7125 9700 0143 9345 BSAB ESBB, indicating as a reference the name and date of entry and exit ( for example: “Antonio Garcia 7 April – 14 April”). This deposit will be forfeited in case of cancellation of the contract.

Insurance of incidences and cleaning

The reservation will be taken at the same time as a deposit to cover any damage caused by the rent, for it will be filled in a questionnaire at the entrance where it reflects the condition of the apartment.

Likewise the amount of 100 euros will be deducted from the deposit if the apartment is not delivered clean, without garbage or dishes not cleaned.

Delivery and collection of keys

The delivery of keys will be made in the apartment itself at 5:00 pm on Saturday, after payment of the apartment in cash (the reservation will remain in deposit as indicated above) and the keys will be collected at 10:00 am Saturday that ends the contract with the return of the reservation if as it is predictable the apartment is in perfect condition.

Faults of equipment or elements of the apartment

They would communicate to the telephone 609 199 289 or to the concierge (Jose) and will be arranged as soon as possible, the possible defects of these elements. This will not reduce the amount of the rent, although the property agrees to solve them in the shortest possible time


Maximum capacity of 6 adults, in any case, will indicate the number of people in the reservation and if it was exceeded this would automatically cancel the contract without reimbursement of reservation.

Groups of young people are not allowed, only families.

No animal is allowed.
